The evaluators reviewed the following required elements:
Insurance: This is to demonstrate that we understand our obligations to our customers and workers. Our comprehensive insurance ensures that our clients and staff are adequately protected from work related damage.
Accreditations: This is to demonstrate that our workforce has all the required qualifications to deliver plumbing and heating solutions in Brighton and Sussex.

Code of ethics and conduct: As intending members of the Checkatrade community, we are mandated to abide by a set of rules and regulations which must be duly signed. This is to ensure customer respect and adherence to business practices.
Credit check: To ensure member companies are not accidental businesses, Checkatrade analyses financial records, statements and credit scores.
